Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this platform — this is a legally binding agreement between you and 7u770.

1 Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing the website 7u770.lat or using any of its services, you ("user", "member") are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions of 7u770 ("platform", "we", "us") as described below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

This agreement is a legally binding document between you and 7u770. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms.

This document applies to the Bangladesh market. We recommend that you review it periodically, as we may update it from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 7u770's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be 21 years of age or older.
You must operate an account in your own name and for your own use.
You must not reside in any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities is prohibited by law.
The information you provide must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You must not be a professional player or a player affiliated with a professional entity for whom betting is prohibited.

21+ Only: Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Failure to submit the required documents upon an age verification request may result in account termination.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

A personal account is required to use the services. You must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. Each person may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated and any pending withdrawals being forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, including unauthorized use by third parties — unless you have promptly notified our support team.

Do not share your account details with anyone.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Selling or transferring your account to a third party is prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7u770 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7u770 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. The upper deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if identity verification is pending or if unusual activity is detected.

Withdrawals will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement is required under special circumstances.

4.4 Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails due to a payment gateway or banking issue, the relevant amount will be returned to your original account within 3–5 business days. 7u770 will not deduct any additional charges in such cases.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at 7u770, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10x applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = after placing a total of ৳12,000 in bets, the bonus winnings will become withdrawable.

Wagering requirements must be completed before cashing out a bonus.
Certain games may contribute partially or not at all towards wagering calculations.
While one bonus is active, another cannot be claimed unless stated otherwise in the terms.
Bonus funds cannot be transferred to a third party.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

7u770 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if a breach of bonus terms, account misuse, or fraudulent activity is identified.

6 VIP Program & Weekly Cashback

7u770's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on your regular gaming activity. Cashback benefits are credited to your account at a set time each week. VIP benefits are personal, non-transferable, and subject to changes in terms.

7 Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. 7u770 ensures that its gaming system is protected by SSL encryption and that game outcomes are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of automated betting software.
Abuse of the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or collusion).
Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
Operating multiple accounts.
Using another person's account or payment details.
Exploiting technical errors in the platform.

If any suspicious activity is identified, 7u770 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until an investigation is complete.

8 Sports Betting Special Conditions

Additional conditions may apply when participating in sports betting services:

Bets placed before an event starts are generally considered valid; however, if cancelled for technical reasons, the bet will be refunded.
If an event is cancelled or postponed due to official reasons or unforeseen circumstances, bets will be handled in accordance with the prevailing rules.
Placing bets using insider information from professional sports teams is prohibited.
Odds changes in in-play markets are normal — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. It is your responsibility to settle any pending withdrawals or bonus wagering requirements before the account is closed.

12.2 Closure by Platform

7u770 may close an account without notice for the following reasons:

Breach of any clause of these terms.
Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
Providing a false identity or information.
Evidence that the account holder is a minor.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, all bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited. However, a claim for the return of legitimately deposited funds will be considered subject to review.
